Price Reduction Request

All price reductions require a Listing Contract Addendum or a Sold/Change Form signed by both the client and the agent. Price reductions occur on Wednesdays, and the addendum must clearly state the exact new price the client wants the property reduced to. To ensure the change is processed the same day, all price reduction addendums must be requested no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday.
