    Fest in the West will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026

    from 11 am-4 pm

    at Mills Park, 441 Mills Park Drive, Cary, NC 27519.

    Fest in the West is Western Cary's signature event! Last year, we changed things up to focus on KIDS and families!

    And it was AMAZING!

    2026 will be our 8th year producing Fest in the West in partnership with the Town of Cary. They are proud to partner with ChesterGoodtree because of our attention to detail and level of organization.

    We ensure YOU have a great place to showcase your business and that our visitors have a quality event to attend.

    We would love to have your group perform or demonstrate your talents on one of our stages or performance areas. 

    The festival will feature a Performance Stage, a Music Stage, The Big Field for athletic demonstrations, a Robotics/STEM area, a Petting Zoo, Interactive Arts, a Food Truck Rodeo, and Vendor Tents for community outreach.

    This is NOT arts and crafts fair. While we may have vendors selling items, they must all be kid-related. Fest in the West will be a great way to highlight your business and find new clients for summer camps and year-round enrollment. If you would like a booth at Fest in the West, please fill out the request for booth space below.

  • At Fest in the West, we value your company's participation. We offer booth space at a reduced cost to any groups that are performing.

    No Tents or supplies are provided for booths, you must bring your own. You will be able to drive up to your spot to load in.

            Sports demonstrations- On the Big FieldYou must bring your own tent and supplies. Your group will be placed on the football field with ample room for you to demonstrate/ play . If you want a tent space in the row of booth on the track, pick the choice below.

            Booth for groups that perform on stage or have FREE hands-on activities for attendees (reduced cost)This price is SPECIAL for performing and demonstrating groups. How many 10' x 10' foot spaces do you need? Single 10' x 10' is $60, Double 10 'x 20' is $120 , Triple 10' x 30' is $180 . Choose the number you need from the drop-down menu. You must supply own tent, tables and chairs, and booth materials. This option is ONLY available for companies that will have performances and demonstrations during the Fest in the West event

            By filling out this application, you are stating that you wish to participate and are available to perform on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the times you specified above.

            We will reach out when we create the schedule to confirm your performance time, no later than January.

            Load-in instructions will be emailed at least one week before the festival.

            This is an invitation-only event, not an open call. If you know of other groups that may be interested in appearing please have them reach out to the festival director, Lindsey Chester at lindsey@chestergoodtree.com
