2. Project Details

Please answer the questions to the best of your ability.
Describe the overall goals of the project. Please also include the target population to be most served by this project.
Is this a new project or the continuation or growth of an existing offering? Please explain.
How will the project be implemented? Please explain all the steps in as much detail as possible.
Which aspects of healthy, sustainable, connected, and equitable livelihoods will your project tackle?
What are the quantitative and/or qualitative metrics to measure success of your project?
What is your plan for publicizing your project and offering its services or programs to others?

3. Project Approval

Please follow the below instructions.
Is your organization partnering with any other organizations or outside individuals for the work to be funded by this grant?

4. Project Budget
Include all budget items for which funding is being requested under the appropriate category in the budget attachment. Include cost/item, total amount/items requested and justification. Please be as detailed as possible.
