Overview
Our goal is to offer education and support to prepare you to become a successful homeowner.

- Home Maintenance
Once you complete the eight hour (four, 2-hour sessions) HomeToday course, you will meet with a HUD certified Housing Counselor for an individual counseling session.
The individual counseling session reinforces the fundamentals of what you learned in the class. Your counselor will advise you on how to establish and/ or maintain good credit. Credit reports are pulled, and action plans are created with recommendations to assist you in your journey to homeownership and beyond.

Classes are currently being held via Zoom. You can only access the first class with the link above. All other class links will be emailed to you weekly before class. Once you register, it will be for all four classes. If you have taken a previous class with us and need to fulfill a class, you will need to register. We will need to verify by phone or email as well.
