Camp4ever! is a world-class program, providing a fun and therapeutic summer experience to children dealing with the constant stress of parental illness. We expect our staff to exhibit a very high standard of professionalism and commitment to the needs of these children. Be aware that staff is not permitted to leave camp at any time or for any reason. There are no exceptions.

RAISE4EVER AGREEMENT: Each staff member is expected to join the Raise4ever.org fundraising drive, and must pledge to raise a minimum of $1800 through this crowdfunding platform. Camp4ever! will provide resources and tools to ensure your success. Together we can help defray the extensive costs of this incredible undertaking.

TRIP/ACTIVITY AUTHORIZATION/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: By completing/signing this application, I hereby agree to participate in all trips and activities organized as part of the camping program. Activities may include, but are not limited to, swimming and/or boating, land sports, aquatic activities, rope courses, indoor activities, bicycling, hiking, cookouts, etc. I assume the inherent risk of such activities and camp programs. I will hold Camp4ever! harmless in the event of injury and/or property damage or loss that may occur during my stay at camp or traveling to and from camp. As a staff member of Camp4ever!, I agree that Camp4ever! may take photos of me and use these photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

DISMISSAL FROM CAMP: I agree to abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in the camp application, the camp policies, and by the camp administration. Any violations of these rules, regulations, policies, or any actions by the camp staff - even prior to camp - that are deemed inappropriate can lead to dismissal.
