Pickup & Drop-Off

• Laundry must be placed in a clean bag and left in the designated pickup spot (in front of front door of home)

• Ensure all items are washable and suitable for wash & fold (no dry-clean only items)

• We return laundry washed, dried, folded, and bagged to the original pickup location.

Service Areas:  (within 30 mins Cutler Bay FL)

Pickup & Delivery Fee:

• FREE delivery available for clients within a 5–10 mile radius of Cutler bay , FL 33190.

• $15+ travel fee may apply for areas beyond

Turnaround Times

• Standard turnaround is 2 days (48 hrs)

• Same-day / rush service 

Example for standard turnaround 

- pick up day: Friday

- Drop off day Sunday

(unless prior arrangements have been arranged)

Pricing

• Laundry is charged at a rate of $2.00 per pound Standard turnaround 

• Laundry is charged at a rate of $3.00 per pound Same-day turnaround

• Minimum weight for service is 10 lbs (Currently taking any order over 5lbs)

• Final weight is determined upon pickup using a certified scale

• Clients will receive an invoice based on the actual weight plus any add-on fees

Add-On Services

• Heavily soiled loads may result in additional charges

• Add-ons must be requested during the booking process

Pet Hair Policy

• A $10+ pet hair removal fee applies if laundry is covered in excessive hair

• Please indicate pet presence in your inquiry

Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of pickup or before laundry is returned

• Deposite for deposite to lock servive-If deposit not returned deposite will be used towards final payment

• Payment methods accepted: — Cash App, Cash, Zelle.

Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds once laundry has been picked up

• Cancel within 12 hours of your pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee

Liability Notice

• We are not liable for shrinkage, color bleeding, damaged items not labeled correctly, or items left in pockets

What Counts as Standard Clothing?
 
Standard clothing includes everyday, machine-washable garments that do not require special care like hand-washing, dry cleaning, or delicate handling.

Included in Standard Clothing:

T-shirts, tank tops, polos
Jeans, joggers, leggings, khakis
Pajamas, loungewear, underwear
Socks, bras, camisoles
Casual dresses and skirts
Athletic wear (sweatpants, gym shorts, sports bras)
Lightweight sweaters or hoodies
 

Not Included:
These are not considered standard and may incur additional fees:

Delicates (lace, silk, cashmere, wool)
Dry-clean only items
Dress shirts or business suits
Heavily soiled items
Clothing with excessive pet hair
Items needing stain treatment or special folding/hanging
