Who should use this form?

This form is for those who wish to explore a formal call to ministry as a Comissioned or Ordained minister in WMCANZ. Succesful applicants will be recognised as Ministry Students within WMCANZ and will enter the Ministry Student Formation Pathway delivered by the Wesley Centre for Ministry Training.

Recognised Ministry Students are also required to be working toward or have completed the academic requirements for Ordination or Comissioning through an approved external study provider. The following documents MUST be submitted with this application:

A completed Police Vetting Request & Consent Form (you can download this form HERE)

Proof of Identification (Two verified forms of ID - One must be photographic),

Birth Certificate or Proof of Residency/Current Visa (Verified Copy)

Evidence of Highest Academic Credentials (eg: Certified Copy of Certificate, Diploma or Degree or Official transcript from education provider).

Letter of Affirmation form the Servant Leaders or Oversight Team of your local church confirming their support of your application to train for ministry in WMCANZ.

ID Photo Provide a portrait photo of yourself that is no more than 6 months old and meets the following specifications: 4:3 aspect ratio, or 3:4 on a smartphone; colour digital image in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png, format; between 250KB and 10 MB, between 900 and 4500 pixels wide, and 1200 and 6000 pixels high.
