Dear Parents,

As part of the planning and preparation for Year 5 Camp, we need to gather information to ensure all travel, medical and safety considerations are met.
1. If your child's medical information is out of date, please update and complete the following form:
  Student Medical Profile
2. If your family contact information has changed, update them here:
  Student Contact Details Change Form
The camp costs HK$5,600, covering transport, accommodation, activities and food. Your child should bring a snack and a packed lunch for the first day only.

Please settle a 50% deposit of $2,800 by Friday 12th December 2025.

The remaining 50% of $2,800 is due by Friday 20th February 2025.

Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer to our HSBC account #111-459624-001. After payment, please email accounts@dbis.edu.hk with your bank confirmation and child’s name.
