Our ozone treatment completely neutralizes odors by oxidizing the particles that cause them. This removes the smell rather than masking it. However, ozone cannot prevent new odors. If the original odor source is still present (for example, ongoing moisture intrusion, future pet accidents or continued smoking), the smell may gradually return.
