Conference field trips and workshops available at this time are as follows. **If one is marked as FULL, and any subsequent sign-ups will be added to a waiting list in the order received.
Choose one of the following 6 basic registration options. If registering for a single day, please also complete the field below to indicate which day you plan on attending.
Note that all registrants are eligible to participate in Friday meetings, field trips, workshops, and other special events.
Early registration discounted pricing available until March 23rd. Register early and save 15% over regular pre-registration and 25% over walik-in onsite registration.
Note also that, while lunch is included in the basic registration fee, the banquet dinner on Saturday evening is a separate registration option that you can choose below. If you wish to attend the dinner, select the entree option you prefer, see menu for detailed descriptions.
Payments are processed through PayPal. You may pay using any major credit card / debit card or an existing PayPal account.
Lunch Options
Lunch (complete with rolls, choice of entree, dessert, and coffee or tea) is included for those who register before April 13th. Please indicate your entree preferences. If you do not wish to sign up for a lunch, please make sure "No thank you" is selected for the entree.
Note: The chef is very willing to accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten intolerance, vegan diet, etc. You can enter them below. — see menu for further info as well as full entree descriptions).
IMPORTANT FORMATTING GUIDELINES for POSTER and ORAL ABSTRACTS AND PRESENTATION INFORMATION [READ FIRST!]:•Avoid the use of all caps. Please use upper and lower case in Times 10 pt font when providing the following information about your presentation. •Affiliation name and location (city, state) needs to be placed in parentheses immediately following the person's name. •Italicize scientific names of all genus and species mentioned.•Limit the abstract to a single paragraph with a maximum of no more than 350 words.•The first time a species is mentioned in the text of an abstract, give both its scientific name (listed first) and, if it has one, its common name (following in parentheses). •Capitalize the common names of all species. •Avoid as much as possible the use of specialized mathematical symbols. •For the sake of clarity, please use first person and active tense except in instances where it would make a sentence unnecessarily wordy, complex, or awkward. •Click here for a pdf of the following annotated sample that illustrates the key formatting guidelines.
VERY IMPORTANT: In addition to providing the title and presenter information below for each presentation, you need to email your abstract, along with all of the presentation information, formatted as described above, as a Word file to keithg@eaglehill.us. For the title the file and the email subject line, use: [your last name and first initial]-NENHC 2026-specify Oral or Poster] Presentation (for example: JonesM-NENHC2026-Oral Presentation). You will receive an email confirming receipt of your abstract.
