Eligibility for Media Accreditation

In order to be eligible to receive Media Accreditation, you MUST:
- Be an adult of legal age and a reporter, editor or photographer associated with or on assignment for a recognized publication, news service, website, or radio or television station;
- Submit a signed letter of assignment, on the assigning company’s letterhead;
- Upload a JPEG or PNG file Headshot for Media Pass.

Media Accreditation Terms & Conditions
In submitting this form, I agree that I indemnify and hold harmless the Adelaide Horse Trials Management Inc and all its employees, agents and connections from and against any and all claims for injury, loss of life, or damage to or loss of use of property caused or alleged to be caused by my actions on or about the premises and which rise out of my performance, or failure to perform, as specified in this agreement. I further release all such parties from any and all claims arising in connection with the event, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I also acknowledge that the decision of who does or does not receive a media credential is at the sole discretion of the event organizing committee and agree that should I be granted a media credential to the 2025 Adelaide Equestrian Festival I will follow all of the event’s policies and procedures. I acknowledge that any violation of event policies is cause for revoking my credential and possible legal action.
