You will be matched based on areas of interest, career goals, and Mentor/Mentee availability. All Mentor-Mentees will be notified via email.

It is the Mentee’s role to:

-          Reach out to assigned Mentors

-          Engage and take initiative

-          Be open to constructive feedback and suggestions

-          Communicate regularly with mentor about progress and challenges.

-          Meet with Mentor least twice during December 2025-April 2026

It is the Mentor’s role to:

-          Communicate with Mentee

-          Meet with Mentee at least twice during Oct 2025-April 2026

-          Provide guidance/resources on topics including work-life balance and professional/career growth. (Volunteer opportunities, Webinars/Access to resources, Clinical skills development, Leadership, etc)
