Membership Sliding-Scale Request
We believe every family deserves access to community support, regardless of income. Our Sliding Scale Membership Program offers full Prenatal or Postpartum membership benefits at substantially lower rates (standard rates are $225 for Prenatal and $125 for Postpartum). If you would like to request a sliding scale rate that works for your family, please complete this confidential request form, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

This application is confidential. After reviewing submissions, we will send you a discount code via email to use to purchase your membership at the rate that feels best for you.

Postpartum Membership: Regular rate is $125 for 12 months - For parents with children in the early years, or for expecting parents who won't attend prenatal classes and groups.

Prenatal Family Membership: Regular rate is $225 for 18 months - For expecting parents who want support through pregnancy and postpartum, especially if you intend to attend prenatal classes & groups.
