Staying overnight:

Horse Owners can supply their own safe portable yard for the horse overnight in the areas provided or in a covered yard. limited covered yards are available. Horses are not to be left overnight on the property without owner unless prior arrangments with the venue owners has been made.

Cairnbrook Park do not provide a power supply, a portable power supply can be brought along for personal use.

Judges Fees $10 per class will be determined by the classes entered into. concurrent classes pay one judge gee

Saturday Facility fee $20 per horse entry

All areas of Cairnbook Park are to be kept clean, horse manure and general waste is to be placed into the bins provided, wash bays and covered yards are to be left clean. Please help us keep the venue clean, failure to do so leaves a VRHA volunteer committee member to clean up after you, please be considerate of our volunteers.

Entries are to be paid prior showing and to enable collection of horse number at the show
