By submitting this application, I agree to the following:
1. Conduct and compliance
- I agree to follow all rules, adhere to the planned schedule and itinerary, and cooperate with the field trip host.
- I accept that field trip hosts will outline health and safety measures and rules for behaviour to ensure the safety of all attendees.
2. Liability and responsibility
- I agree to release the conference organisers from responsibility for injuries or other incidents that may occur during the trip.
- I acknowledge that the tour host may cancel or substitute the trip due to unforeseen circumstances outside of their control.
3. Application accuracy and submission
- I hereby declare that all information and documents submitted in this application are accurate and complete, and acknowledge that I may be excluded if I fail to provide examples of my work, English translations where required, or complete responses to all mandatory questions.
- I certify that the information and work samples provided in this application are my own, or where applicable, properly credited.
- I understand that my application will be reviewed by the field trip host organisations, and that they will collect and hold my personal data in accordance with their policies.
4. Communication and sharing of information
- I agree that all information received in this trip application may be shared with trip hosts.
- I agree to notify the organisers no later than 24 hours before the scheduled trip should I need to cancel my participation.
