The Girl Scout Community Service Award can be completed at each level of Cadette, Senior and Ambassador. The award hours must be completed before Girl Scouts bridge to the next level. The Award Final Report must be submitted by February 1 of the year following the bridging.
The Community Service Bar is earned by volunteering at least 20 hours to 1 organization. This organization does need to be pre-approved by council before tracking hours.
We recommend you submit this form as soon as possible after your Award project is completed to help ensure accuracy and to avoid missing deadlines.
Each Girl Scout completing this award must complete their own final report.
If you are a troop leader who is submitting paperwork for a girl in your troop, attach scanned copies of each girls' completed final report.
