The Girl Scout Silver Torch Award must be completed before Girl Scouts bridge to Senior and no later than September 30 of their ninth grade year. The Silver Torch Award Final Report must be submitted by February 1.
The Girl Scout Gold Torch Award must be completed before Girl Scouts bridge to Adult and no later than September 30 following high school graduation. The Gold Torch Award Final Report must be submitted by February 1.
Submit this form as soon as possible after your Award project is completed to help ensure accuracy and to avoid missing deadlines.
Each Girl Scout completing their Torch Award must complete their own final report. The report must include information for the organization you are a part of, and the adult who served as mentor for this project.
If you are a troop leader who is submitting for all of your girls, attach scanned copies of each girls' completed final report.
