This form is solely for generating an invoice for the National Planning Conference payment. Please note: completing this form does not confirm or finalize your conference registration.

Disclaimer Notice:

• Checks must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice containing all registrant information.
• Please send checks via USPS/UPS/FEDEX with a tracking number.
• Email the tracking information to registrationchanges@planning.org.
• Checks submitted without tracking details will be subject to the registration rates applicable at the time of delivery (e.g., payments sent after the early bird period at early registration rates will be returned).

Please select the correct quantity and registration type below for each registrant. Any discrepancies between membership type and registration price will lead to an inaccurate invoice amount, causing delays in payment and/or registration processing. Any check received with an incorrect amount will be returned.
