If you are reporting more than one lost or found pet, please use a separate form for each pet.

LOST PETS: Your pet's photo and infoemation will be kept on file so we can contact you if you pet has been located.

FOUND PETS: The information provided will be kept on file so we can contact you if an owner comes forward. If at any point you can no longer house the stray animal, contact us at (989) 831-7302.

PLEASE NOTE: WE SERVE MONTCALM COUNTY. If you have lost or found a pet outside of this area, please contact your nearest shelter. If you live near a border, file reports in all nearby counties.

If you have any additional questions or would like to arrange for a found pet to be scanned for a microchip, please contact MCAC at (989) 831-7302 or contact any nearby Veterinarian Clinic to have the pet scanned.
