    Option #3A: $19.42* per month bank draft x 12 months = $228.00
    With this option you pay - $120 NAAE-VAAE; $30 VACTE: $80 ACT and $8 service charge for a total of $232.

    Option #3B: $13.16 per month bank draft x 12 months = $153.00
    With this option you pay - $120 NAAE-VAAE; $30 VACTE; and $8 service charge for a total of $158.

    Option #3C: $10.67* per month bank draft x 12 months = $128.00
    With this option you pay - $120 NAAE-VAAE; and $8 service charge for a total of $128.

    *$8.00 service charge to cover Bank/VAAE costs.

  • Registration Cancellation/Modification & Weather Policy

    After the registration deadline, cancellations or changes may still result in full charges if costs related to your registration cannot be recovered. We will work with you when possible, but fee adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

    If the conference is held despite inclement weather and you are unable to attend, you may still be responsible for the full registration fee—or a partial fee—based on expenses already incurred on your behalf.

    If inclement weather requires the conference to be cancelled according to our established procedures, we will make every effort to refund any recoverable costs. However, full refunds cannot be guaranteed if non-refundable expenses have already been committed.
