Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with employers through outreach by phone, job fairs, and virtual meetings
- Conduct one-on-one career advising sessions with students and graduates
- Assist with resume writing, job applications, and interview preparation
- Provide training on job search strategies and professional development
- Maintain employment records, verify placements, and complete required documentation for accreditation
- Follow up with alumni and employers to ensure continued success
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the Student Services department to expand clinical and employer partnerships
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in career services, workforce development, or recruiting
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable conducting outreach and building employer partnerships
- Tech-savvy with basic CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus
