    At K&G Career Academy, we provide affordable, hands-on training that equips our community with real-world career skills. We’re looking for a motivated person to guide students through their career journey, from graduation to employment, and to build strong partnerships with local employers who can help them thrive.
  • Responsibilities include:

    • Develop and maintain partnerships with employers through outreach by phone, job fairs, and virtual meetings
    • Conduct one-on-one career advising sessions with students and graduates
    • Assist with resume writing, job applications, and interview preparation
    • Provide training on job search strategies and professional development
    • Maintain employment records, verify placements, and complete required documentation for accreditation
    • Follow up with alumni and employers to ensure continued success
    • Collaborate with leadership to grow the Student Services department to expand clinical and employer partnerships

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in career services, workforce development, or recruiting
    • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable conducting outreach and building employer partnerships
    • Tech-savvy with basic CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus

    What We Offer

    • Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
