Behavior Policy Acknowledgement

 

I understand and agree to the following behavior policy for my child's participation in the homeschool enrichment program:

 

1. Respectful Conduct: My child will treat fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy at all times. 

2. Non-Disruptive Behavior: My child will refrain from engaging in disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment of others.

3. Following Instructions: My child will follow instructions given by instructors and staff promptly and cooperatively.

4. Respect for Property: My child will respect the property of the program, including equipment, supplies, and facilities.

5. Bullying or Harassment: My child will not engage in bullying, harassment, or any form of discrimination towards others.

6. Safety First: My child will prioritize safety and adhere to all safety guidelines and rules set forth by the program.

7. Attendance and Punctuality: My child will arrive on time for scheduled sessions and be picked up on time. No early drop-offs or late pick-ups.

8. Compliance with Policies: I understand that failure to comply with the behavior policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program without refund.

I acknowledge that as a private business, the program reserves the right to refuse service, and in such cases, semester fees are still due.

Parental Commitment Agreement

 

I understand and acknowledge that by enrolling my child, I am committing to the entire semester.

 

I understand that once a seat is filled, it cannot be canceled or transferred to another student. This commitment ensures fairness to all participants and allows for effective planning and resource allocation by the organizers.

 

I understand that this commitment is for the duration of the semester, regardless of my child's attendance. While regular attendance is encouraged, it is not a requirement for maintaining enrollment.
