  • WHAT WE DO

Executive Leadership Northeast (ELNE) began in 1985 as a community orientation program for key executives and their partners. Recruitment is focused on C-Suite professionals who have recently moved into NEPA or into an executive position. The ELNE experience offers participants the opportunity to build a network of professional peers and become acquainted with the vibrant NEPA community.

    HOW WE DO IT

Executive Leadership Northeast is held at varying locations throughout NEPA to highlight innovation, development, and recreational options available in our region. Sessions include interactive and informative presentations from industry experts, community, and government leaders on topics such as local history, education, economic development, private sector growth, volunteer opportunities, and so much more.

    WHY WE DO IT

    • To integrate relocated and new executives and professionals into the community and challenge them to become involved in regional activities
    • To provide interaction with key local decision-makers and business leaders,
    • To educate participants about area history, government, business, educational institutions, and cultural offerings
    • To create networking opportunities for all participants with other executive-level professionals
