We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students as they prepare for certification and meaningful employment in healthcare.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide classroom and clinical instruction in accordance with state-approved CNA curriculum
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress
- Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently with timely feedback
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and skills demonstrations
- Maintain compliance with state and program requirements for CNA training
- Foster a professional, supportive, and encouraging classroom environment
  Offer tutoring or academic support to students as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience (with at least 1 year in a long-term care facility, as required by state regulations)
- Prior teaching or instructor experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to student success
What We Offer:
- $45 - $50 per hour
- Per Diem/PT -30hrs per week, 1099 Contractor
