Your responsibilities will include:
- First Impressions: Warmly greet and assist all students, clients, and visitors with professionalism.
- Communication Hub: Answer and direct all incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Manage files, update paperwork, maintain accurate records, and handle tasks like copying, scanning, and printing.
- Office Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor and order office inventory (supplies, equipment) and coordinate with maintenance providers to ensure office upkeep.
- Team Support: Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient using phones, email, and basic office software.
