The Christmas GypsyMoon Marketplace is a three-day event, and all vendors are required to sell items on all days.
We are looking for vendors specializing in:
Handmade Goods
Home Décor
Antiques
Vintage Items
Clothing
Gift Items
Food
Repurposed Products
Furniture
Leather Goods
Category Limits: To ensure the success of our vendors, we limit the number of participants per category.
Creative Displays:
- GypsyMoon Marketplace is known for its unique and visually stunning booths, setting it apart from ordinary flea markets and similar events.
- Most indoor spaces are located in authentic horse stables, offering a one-of-a-kind backdrop for creative displays.
- If accepted, your booth setup must reflect the creativity and charm expected at GypsyMoon Marketplace.
Inventory and Attendance:
- Vendors must stay for the entire three-day event and ensure they have enough inventory for all of the days.
- Pre-order-only items are not permitted—no exceptions.
Application Process:
- Every Maker or Vendor must complete the selection process and receive approval, even if previously accepted for other GypsyMoon events.
- Vendors adding additional products or bringing other sellers (e.g., jewelry) must ensure those sellers also apply and gain approval to participate.
Example: If you are approved to sell home décor but plan to share your booth with a jewelry vendor, the jewelry vendor must submit an application, be approved, and accepted independently.
Direct Sales Policy
- While we appreciate direct sales and independent consultants, we do not allow them at GypsyMoon Marketplace. Examples of ineligible vendors: LulaRoe, Young Living, Mary Kay

SHOW US WHAT YOU'VE GOT
Creative Displays:
Booth styling should reflect GypsyMoon Marketplace’s unique charm—this is not a flea market or yard sale.
Most indoor spaces are located inside authentic horse stables. Creativity and aesthetics are key to setting your booth apart.
Photo Submissions:
Submit at least 4 photos of previous booth setups and merchandise as part of the application.
Showcase your style, creativity, and full range of products. Avoid single-item photos; focus on well-arranged displays.
Social media pages will also be reviewed.
MARKETING
GypsyMoon Marketplace promotes vendors through:
-Social media
-Radio, TV, and print advertisements
-Billboard campaigns
-Appearances on local morning and afternoon TV shows
VENDOR SPACES AND PLACEMENT
Once accepted, your placement will be determined by the selection committee, and we will notify you of your assigned location as the event date approaches. Please be aware that we will use the information provided in your application to assess your space requirements.
Booth Pricing & Space Details

10x10 spaces: $400
12x12 spaces: $400 (Front Barn includes additional 5ft frontage)
Electricity: Limited to 450 watts for stall spaces; other spaces do not have access to electricity.
WiFi: Not available—vendors must arrange alternatives.
