Event Overview
The Christmas GypsyMoon Marketplace is a three-day event. Vendors are required to have enough inventory to sell throughout all of the days. Pre-order-only items are not permitted.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking unique and high-quality vendors, including:
- Handmade items
- Home décor
- Antiques and vintage goods
- Clothing and gift items
- Repurposed and upcycled items
- Furniture and leather goods
- Food vendors
To ensure vendor success, we limit vendors by category.
Creative Displays are a Must
At GypsyMoon Marketplace, creative booth displays set us apart from traditional flea markets or other events. Most indoor spaces are located inside authentic horse stables, providing a unique atmosphere. If accepted, we encourage you to design an eye-catching and thoughtfully arranged display.
Event Guidelines
Commitment: Vendors must stay for the entire event and have sufficient inventory for all of the days.
No Pre-Order-Only Items: This is strictly prohibited.
Selection Process: Every vendor, including past participants, must apply and go through the full selection process.
Collaborations: If sharing a booth with another vendor, both must apply and be approved individually. (Example: If you sell home décor and invite a jewelry vendor to join your booth, the jewelry vendor must submit a separate application and be approved.)
Direct Sales/Independent Consultants: Unfortunately, we do not accept direct sales businesses such as LuLaRoe, Young Living, or Mary Kay.
Application Process
This is a juried show, meaning vendors are carefully selected based on:
*The quality, style, and presentation of your products.
*Photos of your previous booths and merchandise.
*Your social media presence.
**Important: Acceptance into a previous GypsyMoon Marketplace does not guarantee acceptance into future events. All applicants will be reviewed by our selection committee.
Photos Are Everything!
To showcase your potential, please upload at least 4 photos that include:
Examples of your merchandise.
Creative booth displays from previous events.
Avoid single-item photos—showcase a range of products to highlight your style and setup!
Marketing Support
GypsyMoon Marketplace has a loyal customer base. Our marketing efforts include:
-- Social media promotions.
-- Radio, TV, and billboard advertising.
-- Appearances on local TV shows.
Vendor Spaces and Fees
Outdoor Mobile Vendors, Tents, and Food Vendors: $400
Limited outdoor spaces are available, as this is primarily an indoor event.
Wi-Fi: Not available. Please plan accordingly.
