    The K&G Testing Center, a key part of the K&G Career Academy, provides professional certification services for individuals launching careers in healthcare, education, and other fields. We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Test Administrators to help us maintain a secure, reliable, and professional environment for all candidates.
  • Responsibilities include:

    • Candidate Management: Greet and check-in test takers, meticulously verifying ID and exam eligibility according to strict guidelines.
    • Proctoring & Security: Actively proctor and monitor both computer-based and paper-based exams, ensuring absolute compliance with all testing policies and safeguarding the confidentiality of materials.
    • Administration: Administer scheduled exams, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary
    • Support: Provide courteous and professional assistance to test takers throughout the process

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
    • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computers and able to learn new software and exam platforms quickly.
    • Focus: Punctual, reliable, and highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow strict security procedures.
    • Availability: Must be available for flexible hours (mornings, evenings, and weekends).
    • Prior experience in testing, proctoring, or administrative roles (preferred but not required).
    • Familiarity with exam platforms or online testing procedures (preferred but not required).
