    • You can apply as a business or as an Individual for the program. If you apply as a business you must register with the Federal Government at SAM.gov and get a Unique Entity ID (https://sam.gov/entity-registration). You are not required to register if you are applying as an individual. When making this decision, please keep in mind any tax implications from receiving a measurement device from the Federal Government. Consult a tax professional if you have questions about this.
