New Client Hair Extension

Hi there! Thank you so much for your interest in hair extensions. Please fill out this form so I can get a better idea of what you are looking for. Here are a few things to keep in mind before moving forward: Every hair extension service is customized & tailored to your wants/needs, therefore every detail matters. Please be specific as possible. I handle all hair transactions & do not accept used or previously owned hair that hasn't been installed by Tailored Hair Studio. After the form is completed, I can move forward with scheduling an in person consultation. A $100 non refundable deposit is required to hold the consultation appointment & will go towards the future install appointment.
