Icon Commission Waitlist

This is a waitlist for first dibs when new slots open for painted icons, when slots open and your project is selected, you will be contacted via email and then be provided with payment details in either etransfer information, or a paypal invoice as per your response on this form. You will have 48 hours to pay and confirm your slot, otherwise I will assume you no longer interested in the commission and you will lose your slot and position on the waitlist.

Once payment has been recieved, you will recieve a link to my queue tracking trello board and then I'll get to work!

DnD/TTRPG ocs

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!

For the commission process I will collect reference from you of what you are wanting for your commission, then will provide you the sketch for it to be confirmed. Once the sketch is confirmed I will move on and complete the artwork. After the sketch phase is approved and the painting phase has been completed, please note that small revisions are possible, but anything substantial may be subject to a revision fee, depending on complexity of the revision. So, please catch any changes you want to make in the sketch phase!

If I don't complete the piece in one sitting, you may receive WIPs as I take breaks.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
-I am allowed to use the artwork to further promote my commissions and may display them on my social medias, art accounts and portfolio website.
-You will not resell the artwork as your own or for profit.
-You are allowed you use your badge as an icon anywhere, credit is required!
-You MAY post the finished icon but YOU MUST post my credit and link back to my pages. For a list of my socials in use please view my caard)
-I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

I will email you notifying that I have accepted your commission and will send off an invoice. Work will not begin until I have been paid.
