Please review the following prior to submitting your badge application:

• One (1) member PER APPLICATION.
• All applicants must be 18 years or older to apply.
• No early access to the exhibit hall will be granted.
• There will be NO on-site Media Registration.
• There will be NO Special Guest interview requests at this time.
• LVL UP EXPO reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
• All LVL UP EXPO Media Badges are non-transferable and cannot be sold. Media Badges have no monetary value

 

At least one website, one business card/credential, and one published example of article or work for media company/outlet required for submission. 

I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by LVL UP EXPO, or anyone authorized by LVL UP EXPO, of any and all photographs, digital images, videotapes, written articles or recordings made of me for use by the LVL UP EXPO, its representatives, officers and agents, and the right to copyright and/or use, reuse and/or publish, republish photographic pictures, digital images, videotapes or recordings in conjunction with my name.

I also give permission for the photographs, digital images, videotapes, or recordings to be used in their entirety and/or edited versions as deemed necessary by LVL UP EXPO including the use of images on social media networks, printed material such as pamphlets and flyers, and website.
Furthermore, permission is also given for the photographs, digital images, videotapes, or recordings to be used by LVL UP EXPO at any time in the future without further clearance from me.

I understand that these photographs, digital images, videotapes, or recordings may be used for marketing purposes, including lvlupexpo.com, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram by LVL UP EXPO.

I have read the foregoing release, authorization and agreement, before signing below, and warrant that I fully understand the contents thereof.
