The Lone Star Wind Orchestra is celebrating its 20th anniversary season in 2025-2026. A historic mark of legacy, we hope you will join us for one of the concerts this season. We love have students experience our programs. And note that we are taking more schools for the 20th anniversary season celebration in January at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas.
The professionalism of both groups and the focus on creating high-quality concert experiences make our concerts an ideal destination for groups (schools, senior centers, and spiritual centers). Engaging students through demonstration is effective in musicianship growth for school programs.
Alan Harkey, respected music educator, is the manager for our Group Sales program and will be this program's point of contact. This form is for school groups, senior centers, and spritual institutions.
STEPS:
1. Group director or leader fills out and submits this form.
2. LSWO Group Sales Manager will contact the director/leader to confirm receipt of submission and gather any necessary information.
3. At the appropriate time, LSWO will facilitate the order with the ticketing agency.
4. LSWO Group Sales Manager will send order numbers out to the groups so the Group director/leader can contact the ticketing agency to process payment. Payment includes cost of the ticket plus ticket processing fees.
5. LSWO Group Sales manager will provide necessary information for concert attendance.
6. LSWO Group Sales manager/volunteers will be at the concert to greet the groups and assist as needed.
