• Holy Land 2026 - Registration form

    We're excited that God has called you to our 2026 Holy Land tours. They will be amazing! Thank you for registering below and sending in your deposit. ONE form per traveler please.
  • You will need to have these digital images available on this phone or computer before completing the form.

    - Passport page (the page with your photo). If you need to obtain a passport, go to this link for instructions on how to do so: https://www.travelerjourneys.life/passports-and-visas

    - Head/shoulder photo (casual is ok). This will be used for travelers to get to know names & faces before the trip.

    - If you are going to Israel, you will also need to complete the Israel ETA-IL visa form online before you register. Link is here: https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il/  You will receive two emails from them and you need to save the 2nd one with the approval #, keep a copy with your passport, and forward that email that to Debbie (devand@sbcglobal.net). You will need that approval # below.

    Depending on your flight, you may need to get an EU visa but we will do that later.

    If you are going to Turkey, you will need a visa but we cannot do that until late March.

    Keep an electronic and paper file with all of this information.

  • Tour Selections

    Please review the itineraries, dates, and costs before completing this section. Check the box(es) for the tours you are committing to. To go to Turkey and/or Greece, you must have already been to Israel or go on the 2026 trip. Minimum #s are essential to keep the cost reasonable but, if we don't meet the minimum, we will provide a revised cost to those who still want to travel.

  • Ready for Travel

    We need you to be able to travel independently and you must have someone available to assist if needed on the tour (roommate, friend, spouse, etc.). We do need to be prepared should issues arise so we ask you to tell us anything that affects your health. Please be sure you are excercising and preparing for the physical demands of this trip (long days, outdoors, walking, stairs, heat, different foods, etc.).
  • Travel Insurance

    If you are going to more than one country or if you travel often during the year, we recommend that you buy an annual policy from Allianz (call 866-884-3556, use agent code F214024 to associate your policy with our group; we do not profit from the insurance). You can also buy a single trip policy. Most insurance companies are not covering Israel yet but Allianz is. You can learn more about travel insurance options at https://www.travelerjourneys.life/travel-insurance . If you will not need the insurance until this tour in 2026, be sure to set the start date as the day before you travel (not now) so you have full use of the annual policy. You may want to buy it now if you think something may occur where you need to cancel and be refunded your deposit.

  • Tour Costs/Payments

  • Deposits for Traveler Journeys tours are non-refundable because we depend on your participation to meet the minimum # of travelers needed to offer these tours.  Of course, if we must cancel the tour (or not offer a country because minimum #s of travelers have not been met), we will refund your deposit less a fee (varies depending on situation). Special circumstances for our tour operation may warrant flexibility in this policy but your choice to cancel does not assure you of a refund of your deposit.  If you have personal reasons for canceling your tour, travel insurance (if the terms of the insurance allow) may reimburse you.

    We will invoice you around May 1 with payment due by June 1 so we can pay America Israel Tours on time.  We will invoice you for the tour(s), tips, and optional activities.  Greece has different deposit dates that we will communicate to those travelers if applicable. You may use our Payment Plan (see website for details) and any credits accrued will be noted on your invoice.

    Be sure to start a paper or electronic file of all payments made and emails received regarding registration confirmation and payments. You will need this documentation if you have a travel insurance claim.
