Services Provided:

Digitizing Family Film specializes in transferring, duplicating, and digitizing various media formats, including:

- 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm film
- Cassette and reel-to-reel audio tapes
- MiniDV, Hi8, VHS, and VHSC cassettes
- Slide film and photo scanning

Acknowledgment of Media Condition:

Clients acknowledge that submitted materials are often aged and may contain defects such as: poor image/sound quality, physical damage (scratches, fading, mold, tears), or tape degradation. While we use professional-grade equipment and take great care, we cannot guarantee restoration beyond the original quality.

Hold Harmless Agreement:

By signing below, the client agrees to hold Digitizing Family Film harmless from liability or damages resulting from:

1. Pre-existing defects or deterioration
2. Damage due to fragile or degraded materials
3. Limitations in the quality or completeness of the final product
4. Loss due to unforeseen events (e.g., equipment failure, environmental factors, or acts of nature)

Client Warranties:

The client affirms they:

- Own or are authorized to digitize the materials
- Are not infringing on third-party copyrights
- Understand the risks associated with aged or delicate media
