Policies (Please read before booking)
• Your Date is Not Secured until a deposit is received. Dates remain available to other clients until booked. • A 50% Nonrefundable Deposit is required to reserve your date. • All Payments (deposit and final) must be made via the payment method sent and are non refundable upon confirmation of event due to nature of service. • Full Payment is required before delivery or pickup. • Delivery and travel services include a travel fee. • Luxe setups incur a separate setup and breakdown fee, added to your final invoice. Setup events ending after 12am incur a separate fee for equipment breakdown •Client assumes full financial responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen inventory items.
