There is no charge for my initial consulation. 🙂

Direct payments are suitable for a wide range of people who have been assessed as eligible for social care services, including:

Adults of any age with an eligible care and support need
Carers aged 16 or over who need support
People with parental responsibility for a disabled child.

What Happens Next?

 Once you have submitted this form:

1. You will receive a confirmation email including your application information (make sure you check your junk folder)
2. I will be in touch on your preferred method of contact to arrange a free 30 minute in-person consultation 
3. Following the consultation I will provide a contract for you to sign and this will be shared with you via your preferred method of communication.
4. Once you are signed up, you will be on my books and able to book me easily going forward.
