Order Deadline
- No orders will be accepted after the closing date and time stated above. Late orders cannot be processed under any circumstances.
Payment Requirements
- All jumper orders must be paid in full by 11:59 PM, Friday 20 March 2026.
- Orders not paid in full, or without an approved alternative payment arrangement by this deadline, will not be included in the final production count.
Refund Policy
- Once orders close, no refunds (full or partial) can be issued.
- This policy is necessary because payment is made in advance to our supplier immediately after orders close.
Collection and Delivery
- If you are unable to attend the Conference but have ordered a jumper, you must make arrangements for collection. You may either:
- Nominate another person to collect your jumper on your behalf, or
- Pay the additional postage or courier cost for the jumper to be shipped to your nominated address.
- The organiser accepts no responsibility for uncollected jumpers after the event.
