    • By booking with Shooting Stars Photobooth, you agree to the following terms. This ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved.

      📸 Services Provided

      When you book with Shooting Stars Photobooth, here’s what’s included:

      • You’ll receive photobooth services as outlined in your selected package
      • The booked booth time refers to active operating hours only (i.e., when the booth is open for guest use).
        • Setup and takedown are not included in the booth time and require additional access to the venue.
        • Please ensure the venue is available for:
          • Setup: approximately 30 minutes before booth start time
          • Takedown: approximately 30 minutes after booth end time
      • You agree to provide:
        • A safe, accessible 7'x7' space 
        • Safe power access within 15 feet of set-up area

      💸 Payment Terms

      To secure your date and ensure a smooth experience, here’s how payments work:

      • Deposit
        • A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to confirm your booking
        • Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received
      • Final Payment
        • Day of your event or earlier
        • Accepted methods:
          • cash or;
          • e-transfer to shootingstarsphotobooth1@gmail.com with your name and event in the description

      🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling

      E-mail shootingstarsphotobooth1@gmail.com with subject "Cancellation/Rescheduling"

      • To cancel:
        • Cancel 5+ days before your event if needed. Deposit will not be refunded as preparations will already be well underway.
      • To reschedule:
        • You may reschedule once, at no extra cost, subject to availability
        • Rescheduling must be requested at least 10 days before your event
      • If we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

      ⚠️ Liability Waiver

      To keep things safe and clear:

      • The Client acknowledges that use of the photobooth, props, and equipment is at their own risk
      • Shooting Stars Photobooth is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the event
      • The Client agrees to:
        • Supervise guests using the booth
        • Ensure the booth area remains safe, accessible, and free from hazards
        • Notify the Provider of any venue-specific safety concerns

      📷 Photo Release

      • You grant us permission to use event photos for:
        • Social media
        • Website galleries
        • Marketing materials
      • Guests may opt out by notifying us in writing before the event
      • A small sign may be displayed at the booth to inform guests

      Photo Usage Consent

      • Client agrees that Shooting Stars Photobooth may request access to professional event photos featuring the booth.
      • Images will only be used with the photographer’s permission and proper credit.

      🌧️ Force Majeure

      • Events like illness, extreme weather, venue issues, or equipment failure may affect our ability to deliver services
      • In such cases, Shooting Stars Photobooth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule
      • You’ll be offered:
        • A full refund or;
        • The option to reschedule, subject to availability
