Donation and Wreath Sponsorship Form for Celebration of Lights

What is the Celebration of Lights? The Celebration of Lights provides a time to memorialize those who are no longer with us, to honor or appreciate those very special people in our lives by having a wreath with a personalized sign in their honor at the Celebration of Lights. These donations provide financial support to the Brown County Health & Wellness Foundation and the many worthy causes it supports. The Brown County Health & Wellness Foundation is a nonprofit organization; donations are tax deductible.

Previous gifts have been used to provide college scholarships for high school seniors going into the medical field, 4th grade dental program, food backpack program, food/personal care pantries, playground equipment, county wide career & technical school Drug Free Club, county health fair and children’s reading program.

A gift of $100.00 will sponsor a wreath. The lit wreaths with a personalized sign will be placed around the Brown County Fairgrounds show ring during the holidays.

Sponsorship forms to be received by BCHW by November 9, 2026

The wreaths will be displayed December 1st, 2026 through January 5th, 2027.
