Donation and Wreath Sponsorship Form for Celebration of Lights

What is the Celebration of Lights? The Celebration of Lights provides a time to memorialize those who are no longer with us, to honor or appreciate those very special people in our lives by having a wreath with a personalized sign in their honor at the Celebration of Lights. These donations provide financial support to the Brown County Health & Wellness Foundation and the many worthy causes it supports. The Brown County Health & Wellness Foundation is a nonprofit organization; donations are tax deductible. Previous gifts have been used to place AEDs in every law enforcement vehicle in use in Brown County, in every school system and in other public buildings in our county. Funds are also used for student scholarships, a dental program and the food backpack program in our county schools.

A gift of $100.00 will sponsor a wreath. The lit wreaths with a personalized sign will be placed around the Brown County Fairgrounds show ring during the holidays.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 29th.

The wreaths will be displayed from December 5th, 2025 throughout January 2nd, 2026.
