  • All participating organisations must hold appropriate Public Liability and Employers’ Liability Insurance in line with University College Cork requirements, including indemnity to the University where applicable. Evidence of insurance may be requested in advance of the event.

Government departments, state agencies, and public authorities may not be required to provide separate insurance documentation where cover is provided under State indemnity arrangements.

  • Please confirm that you hold the required insurance cover:*
  • Indicate which session you wish to attend

To enhance the overall student experience and support more meaningful engagement, this year’s Graduate Recruitment Festival will be semi-sectorised, with each session featuring a suggested industry focus. This approach helps guide student attendance and ensures a balanced mix of opportunities across the event. Employers are welcome to select whichever session best suits their availability, and students will be actively communicated with and encouraged to attend all sessions, regardless of focus. This ensures strong footfall and cross-disciplinary engagement throughout the festival.
