  • Please fill out this form to nominate someone for an award. Self-nominations are acceptable. Email Executive Director Brandon Charpied (brandon@mobts.org) if you have any questions or concerns.

    Descriptions for each award, as well as past winners, can be found at: https://mobts.org/awards/.

    • Only formal nominations using the nomination form below will be accepted.
    • Self-nominations are accepted.
    • Verbal and emailed nominations will not be considered.
    • Respective award committees may only consider formally submitted nominations through the form linked below.
    • Nominations that do not conform to the requirements laid out for each respective award will be discarded prior to reaching the committee.
