In preparation for our upcoming markets, we would like to share a few details to make your experience enjoyable and successful.
Please make sure you read the entire document.
You, the Vendor accept the following conditions contained
in this agreement as a stall holder at Coterie Circle Markets.

OUTDOOR STALL FESS: $60
Please note, Participation and Placement is not guaranteed until payment
has been paid in full.
All payments made to Coterie Cricle are
NON-REFUNDABLE. and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
Payment details are on your invoice, emailed seperately to this.
OUTDOOR SET UP: 2m x 2m
**Each stall holder is required to supply their own furniture**
Trestle table, chair, table cloths, chair & display stands
Social Media.
You agree to promote Coterie Circle on Social Media Platforms within our specified guidelines. Your posts and stories are shared with the best interest of your business, other participating businesses, Coterie Circle and our Venues.
Media kit, including brand guidelines are emailed to you once approved.
Theft/Damages
Please note, Coterie Circle and our venues, do not take any liability for any stock or equipment stolen or damaged during the Markets.
Non Disclosure Agreement
All written and oral information disclosed to you in regards to Coterie Circle Pop Ups & Markets, under this application & agreement constitute as Confidential Information, regardless of whether such information was provided before
or after the date of this application.
Non Compete Agreement
This clause helps maintain the success of our events for the benefit of all participants.
You agree not to host or organise your own pop up or market at Village Green for a period of 12 months from the date of your last participation with Coterie Circle, without prior consent.
If approached to stock in a retailer within Village Green Shopping Centre - Congratulations!!
Please note, the store cannot request exclusivity of you or your products
if stocked in a store.
