The Wine Arc Business Support Programme 2025/26 is a structured 6–8-month acceleration programme designed to strengthen Black-owned wine producers, brands, and value chain participants in South Africa’s wine sector. Implemented by Sigma International in partnership with South Africa Wine, the programme provides high-impact support through expert mentorship, compliance and export readiness, branding development, and market linkages. Eligibility Summary

· ≥51% Black-owned wine business (producer, brand, or value chain participant).

· Actively trading for at least 2 years.

· Hold a valid liquor licence.

· Classified as an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE) with an annual turnover below R50 million.
