Love Saves the Day welcomes everybody to revel in the fun at Ashton Court. Each year we are building on our accessible facilities for our guests, artists and crew alike.
Below is a list of our facilities that you can register for:
- Personal Assistant (PA) Ticket Scheme
- Viewing Platforms / Viewing Areas
- Diverse Sensory Calm Space
- British Sign Language Interpretation (BSL)
- Accessible Parking
- Accessible Drop Off Pass
- Accessible Toilets (including High Dependancy Unit)
You may be entitled to a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket at no extra cost via our PA Ticket Scheme. This can be requested via this application form subject to supporting evidence. Please read below to see if you qualify.
Application Process
- First you need to purchase a ticket so that you have a ticket number.
- Second, complete this form and upload any supporting evidence. If you need an alternative format of the application, please contact us on the email or number above.
We aim to respond within 7 days to confirm your requests. Please note that the application has only been approved once you have received a confirmation email from us.
If your application is successful, we will send you an Accessibility Information Pack during the week before the event to assist you on the day.
(NB: If you have applied for a Personal Assistant ticket, you will be able to collect it at the Access Box Office on the day)
Submitting supporting documents
Please note: All applicants must submit a copy of photo ID along with their supporting documentation.
You will be asked to supply supporting documentation as part of this application form. Please see the ‘Supporting Document List’ below for examples.
If you do not have any documents from the list, please supply any documentation you feel will support your request.
When submitting supporting documents we ask if possible that you:
- Scan, or take a photo of your evidence and upload it
- (Please feel free to cover up any information that relates to the amount of benefit paid or health conditions etc. that might be on any documents submitted)
Each application will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Personal Assistant (PA) Ticket Scheme
To be automatically eligible for the Personal Assistant Ticket Scheme you must supply at least one of the documents from the list below. It must be dated within the past 12 months or with a valid date covering the event:
Supporting Document List:
- Front-page of Middle or Higher rate DLA letter or PIP letter
- Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Valid Nimbus Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
- Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment
- War Disablement Pension
- A specialist medical consultant letter stating your need for additional assistance at events
Blue Badge Parking
To reserve an accessible parking space you must submit a Valid Blue Badge in 'Section 3: Evidence and Supporting Documents'
Access Register
If you would like us to store your details on our Access Register for next year please 'Opt In' below. Please note that we will store your information in our secure database for up to 3 years and it will be valid across all of our shows.
If you applied for any of our other shows in 2025 and 'opted in' previously, you do not need to upload new documents.
