You are responsible for having a set-up, breakdown and clean up crew for your event.

You are responsible for having monitoring/security of your event for its duration.

They will be responsible for moving whatever equipment/furnishings you need and will be responsible for putting everything back. Nothing may be used that has not been requested and approved. Everything moved, needs to be put back in place.

You are responsible for providing all of your needed supplies.

There can be no set-up in the Fellowship Hall before 2PM on school days.

Any area that you use needs to be fully cleaned (including vacuuming and swept

All garbage must be bagged and put in the dumpster. Garbage bags are provided by FCC. The dumpster is located outside in the back. Use the back hallway door by the kitchen to get there. Replace bags in trash cans.

During the event, you are responsible for making sure that all people are only in the reserved space(s) and not wandering around the building.

No smoking or alcoholic beverages on premises.

The person listed on your Event Request Form who is approved to open and close the building is the only person allowed to do so and must be the last person out of the building for the event. All lights must be off (do not forget bathrooms), all doors checked, and the building alarmed at the end of event.

All furnishings, tables, chairs moved need to be put back in place.

All dishes washed, dried and put away. Do not leave dishes in the dish rack.

Countertops and tables must be wiped down.

Do not leave any food on the counters or unnamed food in the refrigerator.

Garbage must be bagged and put in the dumpster. The dumpster is located outside in the back. Use the back hallway door by the kitchen to get there. Make sure to close door. Replace trash bags in trash cans.

Make sure appliances are unplugged, stove is off, refrigerator doors are closed.
