      1. Think of a time you were in a situation—whether in a classroom, a club, or a group of friends—where your opinion or background was different from everyone else’s. How did you find the courage to share your perspective or stand up for someone else? What did that moment teach you about why we need different 'voices at the table' to solve problems?

      2. Identity is like a puzzle made of many pieces, such as your race, your family’s background, your gender, or your personal beliefs. Pick two pieces of your 'identity puzzle' and explain how they work together. How has the combination of these traits shaped your experience in education, and how does this make the perspective you bring to college different from everyone else’s?

      3. No one is just one thing. Your experience in school is shaped by the intersection of many factors—like your cultural heritage, your socioeconomic background, or your gender identity. Discuss how two or more of these factors have influenced your educational journey. What is a specific challenge you faced because of this overlap, or a specific 'superpower' it has given you?"

      4. Every leader is a product of their community. Tell us about the geographic, cultural, or academic community that has most influenced who you are today. As you look toward college and your career, how will your success help 'pay it forward' and open doors for others who share your background or face similar challenges?
