Welcome to our new online registration form!
Here are a few notes:
- use this form if you are a turf manager type person. If you are a supplier, service provider, consultant, architect, sod farmer or the like, this form is not for you and you need to register as an exhibitor.
- WCTA, BCGSA, IIABC and CGSA members are eligible for the member rates as well as others from the same company/facility (at least one member needs to be registered).
- after filling out this form you will be emailed an invoice (except if you have requested multiple registrants on one invoice, then one invoice will be sent to the main contact at your organization).
- invoices have multiple payment options including secure credit or debit card payment through our accounting software.
- you can still pay by EFT, e-transfer, Paypal or cheque (see invoice for instructions).
- we're no longer taking credit card numbers on this form.
- Register by end-of-business on Jan 16, 2026 for early-bird pricing!
