HOUSING REGISTRATION FORM

Please complete “housing forms” with your best estimate and submit with registration by January 16, 2026. **The final housing form must be submitted by January 30, 2026.**
As in prior years the Bitterroot River Inn in Hamilton is our housing location for those athletes and coaches spending the night for the winter games. Participation in the games has grown dramatically over the years and it is sometimes difficult to place everyone. Please note that all registration MUST go through the Olympics committee. In order to properly organize housing for this many people, the Housing Coordinator, Majesta (406-396-9269) must be aware of all people interested in staying. We will do our best to accommodate any last minute changes, but we may be unable to honor any requests provided after the January 30th deadline.

Please be sure to make the appropriate notations on the this form next to the athletes’ names that may require mattress protection. If you know that you have an athlete that is incontinent, please be sure to bring plastic with you to place between the mattress and bedding. You may also speak to the housing coordinator as she may have some plastic available.
