CAMP MAHACKENO C.I.T. REFERENCE FORM
The WWFY Counselors in Training (CIT) Program is a leadership opportunity for youth ages 14–15 to gain hands-on experience in our Day Camps. CITs work alongside senior counselors at Camp Mahackeno to support daily activities, assist with campers, and build skills through mentorship and responsibility. The program mimics a job experience, with an application process similar to an interview. It’s a fun and rewarding way for teens to grow as future leaders.
